Membership of the European Society of Comparative Literature is open to academic members of universities and other institutions of higher learning as well as to graduate students and to people with scholarly interests in comparative perspectives on literature and culture.

Current subscription rates are 35€ for full-time academics, retired and private scholars (1st year; 2nd year 60€) and 20€ for doctoral and postdoctoral students ((1st year; 2nd year 35€).
